Shipping & Delivery
Note that we are based in the UK and all orders ship from within the UK to your destination.
Global shipping prices are nuts. It’s as simple as that. All we can do is offer the cheapest rates we can find using the parcel services we can. Unfortunately, there is no way around them, so if you want Enderain then they are the best postage rates we can get for you.
Although we aim to process orders within 1 – 2 days, at busy times, due to illness, holidays, or other problems, it could be a few days longer.
Delivery Methods & Times
The prices listed in our shopping cart are those for the cheapest possible rate to your country. Outside of the UK, Ireland, and EU, this will mostly mean the cheapest possible mail rate in order to minimise your costs. However, this will mean a longer lead time on your order arriving, so please allow a few weeks for your order to arrive (although for countries close to the UK it should only take around a week for delivery from dispatch). When processing your order, as well as supplying tracking information we will also submit any delivery timescale information given to us by the courier.
For USA, CAN, AUS, and NZ we now also offer a surface mail option. Please note that as it’s going on a ship that this is SLOW. For CAN and USA about 6 weeks, and for AUS and NZ up to 12 weeks.
Where possible, orders are sent with courier tracking. This is uploaded to the order, and you can view tracking numbers and information from within your Enderain.com account (created during checkout).
Delivery Services Used
We use a variety of delivery services, including but not limited to, UK Royal mail, DPD, and Evri (Hermes). For overseas orders these services may be more diverse. You will be notified of the carrier and given tracking information for the relevant service used.
DDU – Delivery Duty Unpaid Within The EU
We send order to the EU from the UK DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). You will be responsible for paying any local import duties, taxes (such as national VAT), and courier admin charges.
However, we can send via DDP on an individual basis by arrangement. Please contact us if you would like to do that, and we will tell you the cost to send to your EU country via DDP (once agreed we will send a payment link to pay via card).
Delivery to PO Boxes
We do not deliver to PO boxes, we require an actual physical address.
We can deliver to most countries. If your country is not listed as a destination when ordering, please contact us and we will notify you of the postage costs and add your country to the shipping destinations list.
We cannot deliver to the following locations: Iran, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Syria, Greece.
We offer a 14 day returns policy for damaged And unwanted orders. This is seven days from receipt.
Please contact us through the ticket helpdesk as soon as you receive your order so that we can help you.
Once contacted, we will send you the address to return your item(s) to.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item, And are responsible for the safety of the item until we receive it. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will not be included in your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please ensure you include your full name, address and order information to make it as easy as possible for us to process your refund or exchange.
If you are shipping a high value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item nor be held liable for a returned item until it is received by us.
